Two events with the participation of DECIDE team at ‘Serpneva-2026’ will be dedicated to this issue.
In the practical zone “Upper Secondary Education”, Nadiia Balabust, National Expert, DECIDE Coordinator for the Development of Career Guidance System, during the workshop “Career counselling and vocational guidance: how to help students make a conscious choice”, will discuss the results of the national pilot system for career guidance for children and young people in 390 communities and demonstrate practical tools and approaches that help students make conscious choices about their future educational and professional trajectory.
In the practical zone “Vocational and Professional Pre-Higher Education”, Kateryna Nemyrovska, Head of the DECIDE Project’s Expert Group on the Development of Career Guidance Hubs, will take part in the discussion “How vocational and professional colleges can attract applicants today: modern careers guidance”, and will share the results of the work performed by 10 DECIDE career guidance hubs, which have been functioning in communities for almost a year, helping young people to discover the world of professions, and see more opportunities for their future.
