How can we assess the effectiveness of expenditure on education, identify strategic priorities, and ensure the optimal use of budget resources?

During the workshop “How much does my school cost? How can communities stop funding the process and start funding development?”, we will present the AIKOM-2 Finance Module – a practical tool for working with data on education funding. Together with Mariia Drobot (Mishchenkova) and Serhii Yatskovskyi, DECIDE National Experts, the participants will have the opportunity to put this tool into practice and learn how to plan the effective use of resources.

Thus, the discussion will focus not only on the cost of running a school, but also on the quality of management decisions: how to set priorities and allocate resources so that investment in education turns into better opportunities and outcomes for students.
