Experts of the MinEdu and the MinEconomy during the webinar ‘Peculiarities of procurement and implementation of HACCP in the field of catering in the educational institutions’ talked about procurement planning, tender documentation, qualification criteria and features of the procurement agreement. Among the topics of discussion were also food safety issues and the introduction of a food safety management system.
This is the eighth webinar for the managers and employees of the education management bodies of newly formed and reorganized communities within the campaign ‘Education in new communities from A to Z’. The campaign is implemented by the DECIDE Project together with the MinEdu of Ukraine, the MinRegion of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Association of ATCs. More details in the video:
