On May 20-21, 2024, the final stage of training of DECIDE Project partner territorial communities of took place in Kyiv. The workshop on Education Development in Territorial Communities was attended by the heads and deputy heads of DECIDE Project partner territorial communities, heads of education commissions of local councils, and heads of education authorities from Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Poltava, Chernihiv, and Luhansk Regions.
The training was organized by the Swiss-Ukrainian Project DECIDE in cooperation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS).
It was two days of intense learning and experience exchange – interesting meetings, constructive dialogues, and familiarization with the best practices of education management in communities.
The visits to the kitchen factory in Bucha Territorial Community and the shelter in Hatne Territorial Community were especially useful. We thank the heads of the communities and their teams for their warm welcome.
This year, as part of cooperation between DECIDE Project and NAUCS, community heads, heads of education commissions of local councils and heads of education authorities of 5 partner regions of the project will be trained. Starting from September, the program will be open to the whole of Ukraine.
